Just a short stroll from the beach, it features one bedroom, one bathroom, and accommodations for up to four guests, promising a cozy, comfortable vacation experience.<br /><br />

Relax on the shady lanai overlooking the grassy courtyard and breathe in the invigorating sea air. The rolling waves and white sands of St. Augustine Beach are just steps away via a private walkway over the dunes. Two sliding doors connect the lanai to the living room and bedroom, keeping you close to the outdoors wherever you are.<br /><br />

The living room is cozy and inviting, with plump couches surrounding a 40-inch HDTV with DVD player. One couch converts into a bed for two, offering lucky guests a sunrise view. The dining table seats three and doubles as a game or work space, with free Wi-Fi throughout the complex.<br /><br />

The updated kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking task, from broiling fresh catch to quick breakfasts, and includes a dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, blender, and icemaker.<br /><br />

The bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV with VCR, reading chair, and private lanai access for restful sleep. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, plus a washer and dryer for convenient laundry.<br /><br />

Outside the condo, Ocean Village Club provides shuffleboard, a fitness center, and a lending library. Nearby, you’ll find golf, shopping, dining, and historic St. Augustine. Only one pet is allowed per Ocean Village Club rules. An additional $50 pet registration fee is required and collected by Ocean Village Club. Breeds not allowed: Pit Bull, Chow, Rottweiler, German Shepard, and Dobermans.<br /><br />

Construction Notice: The Ocean Village Club boardwalk will be closed Spring 2026 for deck board replacement. Beach access via the boardwalk will not be available during this time. Guests can access the beach using the Dondanville Street entrance through the back gate, approximately 0.3 miles away (about a 7-minute walk). Guests with a 4x4 vehicle may also choose to drive.
