What is the Fort Myers Boat Show?

2020 brings the 48th Annual Fort Myers Boat Show to our shores. At the show, you’ll find just about every new and pre-owned boat you can think of! Meet with hundreds of boat manufacturers and boating equipment suppliers to get a taste of the best items on the market, with everything from pontoon boats and personal watercraft to boat lifts, outboard motors, fishing tackle, and so much more. You’ll also get to experience seminars, workshops, and tons of other fun events, making this show one of the best outdoor activities in Fort Myers.

What to Expect

First and foremost, expect a ton of fun! Whether you’re new to the world of boating or have been interested in it for decades, you’ll find something innovative and exciting. There are boats and boat accessories available for you to browse and purchase, allowing you to craft your ideal experience. Of course, you’re never pressured to buy; you can simply look around and get an idea of what you might like for a future boat!

In addition to the incredible vendors with items for sale, you can also meet local guides and experts and participate in workshops and seminars. Come listen to Coastal Angler Magazine fishing seminars which will cover all kinds of fascinating topics within the fishing world. There will also be multiple boating organizations offering boating safety and how-to demonstrations that can assist even the most experienced boater. 

How to Attend

Interested in attending one of the most popular Fort Myers annual events? In 2020, the Fort Myers Boat Show will take place from Thursday, November 21 to Sunday, November 24. The show will be happening from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. every day except Sunday when the festivities will end at 5 p.m.

The Fort Myers Boat Show is being held at Centennial Park, 2000 W First Street. Adult admission is $13 per person, and children under age 16 can attend for free with a paid adult. Once you arrive for the show, you can park at First Street and Altamont Avenue for just $5, then take the free two-minute shuttle ride to the show entrance. Your tickets can be purchased at the main show entrance on the west side of Centennial Park or at the east entrance at Lee Street or Edwards Drive.
