As you may be aware, Hurricane Helene and now Hurricane Milton have caused significant damage in several areas of Florida, particularly in Clearwater and St. Pete Beaches, and surrounding areas. This region has experienced severe flooding, making roadways inaccessible at this time. Additionally, there are widespread power outages across these areas, further complicating recovery efforts.

For safety reasons, we are not allowing guest arrivals for Clearwater and St Pete Beaches through Friday October 18, 2024. Our teams are currently unable to reach the office or any properties due to the road closures and power outages. We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you informed as conditions improve.

We kindly ask for your continued patience as we navigate these challenges. Once we can safely access the properties, we will conduct thorough inspections and provide individual guest updates on an as needed basis. Rest assured, if there are any issues or concerns with your reservation, you will be notified directly.

Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time. Our thoughts are with all those affected by both Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton, and we are hopeful for a swift recovery across all impacted areas.
