Welcome to Windward Point 608, your luxurious sixth floor corner condo with one-bedroom and two-baths with a gorgeous view of the back bay. Please note there is a 1-month minimum stay at this resort. In addition to its convenient location, there is lush tropical foliage and simply water, water everywhere. This resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a public marina and movie theatre. The beach is accessed by a 5-minute walk to the Wyndham Garden Resort just across Estero Boulevard where there is a Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant. A CVS pharmacy and Santini Marina Plaza are at the top of your street at Estero Boulevard with many shops and restaurants. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island has seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from directly in front of Santini Plaza to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Resort amenities include a heated pool and spa complex which is right on the back bay and includes a clubhouse with refrigerator/freezer and indoor table and chairs, changing rooms and showers, gas BBQ grills and a covered area with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. There are shuffleboard courts and ample parking. Luggage carts and Bellman's trolley make your arrival a breeze. Conveniently located on each floor are laundry facilities. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided and complimentary WiFi and cable TV. Entry is via secure air conditioned lobby and elevator to the sixth level above lobby and ground level parking. Enter into a foyer/hallway and the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout with the exception of the carpeted bedroom. The kitchen is a chef's delight with tray ceiling and recessed lighting, plenty of granite countertop space with tile backsplash, and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if desired. Just bring the food! The kitchen cabinetry has a built-in wine rack with wine glass rack below. All appliances are stainless steel, with side by side 2-door refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser from the freezer door, glass-top 5-burner range and self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave and a dishwasher. There is a unique hammered copper double sink with disposal. There is a pass-through bar into the living and dining area. The adjacent dining area has a side buffet and table seating four. This flows into the living area that has a sleeper-sofa with end tables and lamps, a coffee table on an area rug and an electric recliner with cup holders. Opposite the seating area is a corner credenza with large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors lead out to the tiled and screened-in balcony with 180-degree views of the back bay and is furnished with a cushioned wicker love seat, cushioned wicker chairs and cocktail table. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with built-in cabinets above and to the sides of the bed, an armoire, floor lamp, end of bed bench, ample closet space and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has tile flooring, a large granite top vanity with lavatory, commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with built-in corner seating. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower, commode and a spacious granite top vanity with lavatory.
