Estero Beach & Tennis Club unit 1001A is a one-bedroom, one-bath beachfront condo that is just steps to the pristine, white sandy beach located outside your back door. Situated at the quiet, south end of the island you can walk for miles. Enjoy swimming in the resort style heated pool that sits on the beach side and offers plenty of lounge chairs to relax poolside. Estero Beach and Tennis has four Har-Tru tennis courts, shuffle board, BBQ area and much more. It's all on a park like resort setting overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There is ample parking, building elevators, secured lobby and pool entrances, on-site security, laundry facilities located on the first floor of Building B and complimentary WiFi around the poolside and in your condo. The living room has a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. It is bathed in natural light from the sliding glass doors and large picture window that overlooks the island. Step out onto the balcony, breathing the salt air and taking in both the island views and the Gulf of Mexico. The open spaced kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, microwave oven, and includes all your cookware, dinner ware and utensils so you will have everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. The kitchen area also provides space for a dining table seating four, perfect for the enjoyment of your home cooked meals. The bedroom features a king size bed with a dresser that offers plenty of storage. There is a DVD player and console for you to watch a late night movie in bed on the large wall-mounted flat screen TV. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower and vanity with lavatory. This cozy condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shops and a marina that offers boat rentals. The beach has a movie theater, CVS pharmacy, post office, Publix grocery store and Lover's Key State Park. For your convenience there is a trolley stop right out front. WiFi is available in the lobby only for this unit. The condo was nicely decorated and we had all of the cooking utensils necessary. The bed was not the greatest as far as comfort but we are spoiled with our bed. Wonderful beach chairs for our time at the beach. You will want to ensure you pack beach towels.
