this would not be what I would tell future guests, however, when we arrived 7pm, the power was out in half the condo until midnight - no air conditioning and no lights in the bedrooms and bathrooms...getting unpacked and unloaded was tricky and HOT. On Thursday of our week, the water pipe broke under the faucet - water sprayed everywhere, kitchen totally flooded until we found the main shut off in the utility closet. it was a MESS - the Plumber came the next day and fixed it...we were fortunate that the owners had another empty unit upstairs for us to shower and use the bathroom. we did not wish to move upstairs, but were very thankful this was available to us. it was fixed quickly, both of these incidents were not due to the unit, but happened during our stay. it may be time to have an overall inspection of electrical and plumbing systems for the building and property as it may happen to other guests
