The home was beautiful and in a great location but I was immediately inundated with emails and texts about parking restrictions and directing us to only park in the garage and driveway which would be fine but we arrived to find a covered corvette already parked in the garage (owners?). We were also inundated with reminders for placing the garbage cans out on Monday and Thursday but we were not provided with a curbside or outdoor type garbage can. We had to set our alarms on garbage pickup mornings and put the bagged garbage curbside late enough so animals wouldn't get into it but early enough so that it was picked up (I called the management company multiple times to request a can to bring to the curb for pickup but never got a response). We were also surprised to only be provided a few bath towels, two washcloths and hand towels in a $5,000 a week rental. I guess we were expected to ration towels and washcloths. My advice to anyone staying - bring your own bath towels. We ended up using our own personal beach towels for shower and bath. Additionally, the king-sized pillows in the home were half-covered with small or regular-sized pillowcases leaving half the pillow uncovered. It made us feel like we were exposing ourselves to unsanitary bedding so we did not use the bedding provided and purchased our own. I did call during the week to ask about a lack of garbage cans and the half-covered pillowcases but never got a return call or email. I did however get 15 emails and text reminders about checkout and garbage days. I received three texts beginning at 7:00 am on Saturday before we departed. Overall - beautiful home, but probably would not rent again unless changes were made in the property management and communication.

We enjoyed our stay! The property management company was very easy to communicate with. During our stay the downstairs heater was not working and they were easy to get in touch with, very friendly, and sent someone out to fix it right away! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family all meeting up for a vacation and celebrating New Year. The house was well equipped, (except for beach towels) very spacious and functional. Checkin/out were simple. The neighbourhood felt very safe and everyone was free to roam around freely. The beach was just a short lane walk away. Access to the swimming pools was an added bonus. The kiddie pool was fantastic for the two toddler grand children.The restaurant at one of the pools had great food although we were a little disappointed that it closed down on our second week as this is their slow time! All and all a fantastic place to stay.
