Welcome to 44 Fairview Boulevard, a three-bedroom, two-bath, canal-front private home with heated swimming pool, fenced in back yard, located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and within walking distance of a myriad of amenities that include a public marina, movie theatre, and restaurants. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. This home is near the Fort Myers Beach Theater where you can dine and watch your favorite first run film of choice from one of its four theaters. In addition, access to the beach is just across the boulevard, and at this portion of the island it is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from Extero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. This home has its own laundry room, and there are ceiling fans and WiFi throughout. Upon arrival there is ample off-street parking. Enter into the open plan living room, kitchen and dining rooms. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of solid surface counterspace and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals, should that be on your list. Just bring the food! All appliances are stainless steel, including side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door, dishwasher, a 5-burner glass-top range with self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and a farm style kitchen sink overlooking the screen-enclosed pool and well-furnished patio area. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six, which then flows into the living room. The living room is furnished with a U-shaped sofa with end table and lamp and coffee table on an area rug. Opposite this seating area is a credenza, above which is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. On the other side of the front entry door is a side chair and credenza with lamp. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, double dresser with mirror, padded bench, walk-in closet, a desk and chair above which is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. The bathroom has a quartzite vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, commode and nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands with lamps, a double dresser with mirror, a padded bench and ample closet space. The adjacent hallway guest bathroom has a quartzite vanity with lavatory and plenty of storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower. The second guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp, a 5-drawer chest, a padded bench with wall-mounted large flat screen TV above and ample closet space. Please make note that the property does not have access to launch kayaks, jetski's, boats ect. The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few.
