Welcome to Casa Bella 105, a conveniently located two-bedroom, two-bath condo nestled in a small community on the mainland, yet only a short distance from miles of coastline that include the vast expanse of the Gulf of Mexico, Estero pass, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel-Captiva Island, Pine Island sound, and the Caloosahatchee River. Its location provides quick access to all these surrounding locations including close proximity to many restaurants, a Target and WalMart superstore. "There is only one Fort Myers, and 90 million people are going to find it out." This quote by Thomas A. Edison for many years decorated the upper lefthand corner of the Fort Myers News-Press. He apparently realized the unique potential of this area, along with others such as Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone. Edison began construction of his labs and winter home in the late 1880s. Since then Southwest Florida has flourished and has become one of the most unique and noteworthy areas of the state. It truly is a place to enjoy. It has been stated that there is a line about 20 miles north of Fort Myers where the weather is decidedly more subtropical and provides us with our balmy winters. Summers are also quite enjoyable. Sanibel Island, world famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, lie not far respectively to the west and north, while to the south is the lovely Estero Island, Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples. Community amenities include a shared heated pool, tennis court and bocce court. The pool area has restrooms and a large sundeck with tables, chairs, umbrellas and plenty of loungers. A poolhouse features a screened in dining area and two gas grills for outdoor cooking. The condo has complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all linens and towels, ceiling fans throughout and private washer and dryer. Entry through the front door is into the foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout. The well-appointed and equipped kitchen, complete with refrigerator/freezer, range, dishwasher and counter-top microwave oven has a pass-through into the dining area. Everything is at your disposal to create full course meals, or simply to make a pot of coffee first thing in the morning. Just bring the food! The adjacent dining area has a glass-top table seating six, which flows into the living room furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, coffee table on an area rug, end table and lamp, with an adjacent alcove/media area with wall-mounted large flat screen TV and cafe table seating two. Off the living room is a screened in sunroom. The primary bedroom is colorfully decorated and has an en suite bath. Furnishings include a queen-size bed with night stands and lamps, triple dresser and wall-mounted flat screen TV. The bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower with glass door, vanity with single lavatory and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stand and lamp, dresser and closet.
