Take the stairs to the second level of the home which is the main living area. Upon entering the home you will find a half bath immediately to your right, along with the spacious laundry room a few steps away. The main living area is an open concept one that encompasses the kitchen, living room and dining area. A large wall of sliding glass doors and multiple windows in the kitchen provide natural light throughout this area.
The living room offers multiple super comfortable seating options, allowing everyone to spread out and relax. There's a large flat screen TV and wireless internet to keep you connected and entertained. The kitchen is expansive with an endless amount of cupboard space and new stainless steel appliances. A formal dining table is adjacent to the kitchen for all your family meals.
The bedrooms surround the living space and open out to it. The primary bedroom is airy and bright with a king-size bed, large walk-in closet and full ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has its own in-room TV for a late night movie in bed. The ensuite bathroom offers his and her sinks, a beautiful walk-in shower, jetted soaking tub, and separate toilet closet. There is more than enough room for two to get ready for a fun day at the beach or a night out on the town.
The two guest bedrooms both have queen beds and in-room TV's. A Jack and Jill bathroom separate the two bedrooms and provides your guests with a tub/shower combination.
Heading out to the upper screened in lanai there is comfortable furnishings for relaxing in and taking in the neighborhood. This area has wonderful views of the pool and canal below. Take the stairs down to the lower deck area where your in-ground, electric heated pool is waiting for you. Relax poolside in one of the loungers or cool off from the Florida sunshine in your private pool. Watch carefully in the canal in the backyard for the many dolphins that come in. Try your luck at fishing and see if you can catch dinner. A gas grill can be found poolside for your barbecuing needs.

A short walk down the street to the corner of Estero Blvd. you will find trolley stops heading both north and southbound. 7/11 is also there for quick groceries, along with restaurants just a few short steps away. Jet ski and parasailing rentals, as well as cabana rentals can be found beachside to make your stay even more enjoyable. Heading south from the house you can walk to Santini Marina Plaza. Really enjoyed the location of this house and the proximity to the beach! Easy walk, easy place to cross the street. The house was everything that we needed and more. Loved the fishing off the dock and the pool was fantastic … My wife and I had a very relaxing vacation here here! Would definitely come back…
