For some together time, head to the dining area, where there’s lots of space for your group to enjoy a family meal or a lively board game or family meal. Nearby, the fully equipped kitchen is ready to hold all your supplies and enable you to cook all your favorite dishes if you get tired of sampling the local cuisine. Coquina Dreams’ primary bedroom is a dream retreat with a sumptuous king-size bed, in-room TV, and en suite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three are furnished with queen-size beds, dual nightstands with reading lamps, ceiling fans, and in-room TVs along with dreamy décor. A second full bathroom eliminates waiting in line for the shower, and all towels and bedding are provided (including for the sofa sleeper, so Coquina Dreams sleeps eight in all).

Very nice place, spacious, good for dogs, but as others mentioned, the HVAC is a small issue. It's a smart thermostat, remotely controlled and slow to cool, and maintain temperature. Also got the wrong access code, but very easy to call Vtrips to get everything straight. Even got a call back to check on things, so very good support. It's a nice, residential neighborhood, but easy to drive to a lot of good eats. We eat off the beaten path, and found many great local spots. The generic spots are around if that's your thing. For the pups, nice, fenced yard, but check the gate, it's a little loose but stays latched. Overall, a very nice stay after a few hiccups at the beginning.

This was a great vacation home for us! The house is probably the cleanest home I’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, and has all of the kitchen items you need for preparing meals. The backyard and pool area is super nice. A few things to note: The pool guy showed up randomly in the middle of the day. We looked up and there was a strange man in the backyard. He told us who he was and not to get back into the pool for about another hour. I said the host didn’t let us know that he was coming and his response was “oh they don’t”. It is very clear that the owner turns the air off during the day. We kept it on the same temperature the entire time and it only worked at night. I have the same thermostat so I know how it works. It’s their house and they can do what they want but the fact that they do this should be disclosed before booking. A great place to stay, except for a comfortable indoor temperature. Give your house keeper a raise!

We loved our stay as a family of four with two small dachshunds. The house was spacious (more than photos seemed), extremely clean, and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The pool was great and clean too!
