Stay cool with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout Island Beach Club 404. Step out the sliding glass doors onto the expansive covered balcony and revel in the salt-tinged air and coastal sounds. With a dining table for four and cushioned loungers, it just may be your favorite spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning...you might catch sight of a dolphin playing in the sunrise surf. In the evening, it’s the perfect place to enjoy the painted skies of the sunset.
The large bay windows allow for an abundance of natural light and the spacious, open floor plan lets everyone comfortably be together. Unwind and relax in the living room with a plush sectional and bucket chair. Prop your feet up on the ottoman and watch a favorite movie together on the large, wall-mounted flat screen TV.
Craft gourmet meals and simple snacks in the state-of-the-art kitchen stocked with stainless steel appliances, cookware and utensils. Dine inside at the dining table by the bay window or head out to the balcony and enjoy an alfresco meal.
Island Beach Club 404’s primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed and a private balcony furnished with cushioned seating. Nightstands with bedside lamps let you finish a few chapters of a good book before you nod off at night. Rinse off in the walk-in shower of the ensuite primary bathroom or enjoy a long soak after a fun day on the beach in the deep garden tub. Furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa, the guest bedroom doubles as a second living room. At night, pull out the sofa to accommodate sleeping arrangements for two. View the endless stars in the night sky with private access to the balcony. A second full-size bathroom houses a large walk-in shower.
Fresh linens and plenty of clean towels are provided upon your arrival. While there is plenty of space for your belongings, feel free to pack light. Island Beach Club 404 has a mudroom with a full-size washer and dryer as well as a deep sink. Toss your wet clothes in at night and they’ll be ready to go for the next day’s adventures. Pets are not allowed at this vacation condo, so please leave your four-legged friends at home.

*On the property, for an extended period, there will be ongoing construction on common area elements and in the individual units, which involves lots of noise and unkempt conditions. Several amenities are not available, including the pool, hot tub, beach chairs/toys, and grill area, and limited parking.

Communication was pretty poor with Vtrips. I would ask questions and get different answers from different people at your organization. Nothing was ever the way it said it would be, which got to be very confusing and frustrating. The condo I rented was great, except when I first got there and there was some hiccups with the water and hurricane shades, but after that was resolved the next day, the unit was fine. Except for construction going on. That was never mentioned and was a surprise when I got there. I understand they are still trying to get put back together after the hurricane, but it should have been mentioned in the write up. I was without water 4 times, delivery trucks waking me up at 6 am while dropping off stuff, etc. There should have been no issue with water when i first got there, as you knew i was coming. The water should have been turned on, the hot water at the circuit breaker should have been turned on and the hurricane shades should have been "lifted up". I shouldn't have to be the one that does all that. Especially since you knew for months I was coming. Once again, the condo was good, my dealing with Vtrips was not.

I absolutely loved this condo! I hope stay here again next time. I loved watching the wildlife from the giant windows that over look the back bay. Very great place.
