This condo is well-equipped and clean, and the location is excellent, with wonderful access to the beach. Things that need improvement include a significant bump in the hallway leading to the bedroom that could cause someone to trip. The bedroom fan creaks, and the air conditioning unit in the utility closet is loud. The refrigerator is behind a door in the galley kitchen which is ackward. The bathroom is a bit dated.
