The amenities of a luxury mid-rise condo greet you upon arrival including luggage carts and bellman trolleys available at ground level to make your arrival and settling in a breeze. This resort consists of three mid-rise nine-story condos with lush tropical vegetation and well-manicured landscaping.

Amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and library. At the end of the driveway is the Trolley stop where you can climb aboard and go either up or down the entire island. Santini Marina Plaza is directly across the boulevard touting numerous restaurants and shops and behind that on the bay is Fishtail Marina with its own restaurant boat charters rentals and docks. Taking the Trolley north takes you to the bustling Times Square area with its myriad of shops restaurants and night life. To the south one can visit Lover's Key State Park a natural Florida environment with natural beaches and tropical foliage. Bird-lovers will enjoy the wide variety of colorful birds. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach.

Enter the building into a furnished and air conditioned lobby and then through a secure door to the elevator area. On arrival at the fourth floor entry is into a furnished foyer. There is tile flooring throughout with the exception of rich wood flooring in the primary bedroom. The kitchen living and dining areas are an open floor plan with expansive sliding glass doors from the living and dining areas out onto the screen-enclosed wraparound balcony with its views of the Gulf of Mexico and the lush tropical grounds of the resort.

The kitchen is a chef's delight. It is fully equipped with plenty of counter space and cabinets, a stainless steel kitchen sink with disposal, and all stainless-steel appliances that include a side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser in the freezer door, dishwasher, glass top range with self-cleaning oven, and built-in above range microwave oven. The kitchen flows out into the dining and living areas with a dining room buffet and table seating four on an area rug.

The adjacent living room has a sleeper sofa and matching loveseat end tables ottoman on an area rug an overstuffed recliner and a ceiling fan. Opposite the sofas is a corner credenza with large flat screen TV. Adjacent to the entry foyer is the laundry room with washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a four-poster king-size bed with night stands and lamps ceiling fan area rugs on each side of the bed a corner overstuffed chair and a triple dresser with large flat screen TV. There is also sliding glass door access to a private balcony. The en suite bath has dual vanities with lavatories and plenty of storage space beneath, wall mirrors, commode, and combination tub/shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands with lamps, ceiling fan, area rugs, a corner overstuffed chair, a two-drawer chest and a five-drawer chest. This room also has sliding glass door access to a private balcony.

The guest bath has a walk-in shower, commode, and single-piece vanity with lavatory.

The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, and fishing charters to name a few.
