This really is a Great property, everything you could possibly need, just pack your clothes and toiletries that's all you should need. Beach supplies provided if needed. Conveniently located next to smaller pool. Very quiet. Pool was never packed. Park across the street. Fishing dock nearby. About a 3 block equivalent or 5min walk to manucipal beach, or short 1 to 2 min drive. Cvs. Dollar tree and Winn Dixie just next door. Local beach bars and restaurants within walking distance at the end of the complex. Great for families. First floor condo. No stairs. Spacious rooms. Newer and updated everything!! Well stocked kitchen Brand new hvac system as of last week. Washer and dryer was still not working when we left property. I would ask to make sure this is working if it is important to you. Would definitely stay here again if this issue was remedied. Also hot tub was down the whole week we were there as well. Not sure if this has been fixed, but based on other reviews on other platforms this seems to be a common issue at the yacht club. I highly recommend 323B especially for families. I believe, given another opportunity our stay would have been much more enjoyable the next time around.
