Welcome to Ocean Village Club O35, a two-bedroom, two-bath, third-floor condo near the shores of the Atlantic Ocean in St. Augustine, Florida. The historic city is home to Fountain of Youth and is known for its fishing, golfing, dining, shopping, and nightlife if you are interested in leaving your condo.
Ocean Village Club O35 is situated in a gated resort community and provides vacationers access to a clubhouse, two swimming pools, two tennis courts, four shuffleboard courts, a picnic area with grills and a private beach walkway. Amenities within the condo include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV.
Enter your condo in the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring in the main living area. The kitchen has plenty of hard-surface counterspace and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food!
Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, glass-top range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is a pass-through bar in the dining area with three bar stools. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six. This flows into the living area where you will find a sleeper-sofa with coffee table, end tables and lamp, coffee table and side chair. Opposite the seating area is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV with DVD player. Sliding glass doors provide access to the nicely furnished lanai overlooking the resort pool and Atlantic Ocean beyond.
The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstand with lamp and chest of drawers with a wall-mounted flat screen TV above. Sliding glass doors provide private access to the lanai and its awesome views. The bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode and a beautiful walk-in shower with glass doors. The guest bedroom has two single beds, a nightstand and lamp, a corner chair, and a chest of drawers with a wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is a convenient full guest bathroom.

Love the Butler Beach area. The Ocean Village Club is perfectly situated not to far from the Old City but close enough to great dining and attractions. he unit we rented seemed to be recently renovated with a great view.

- Within 45 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
