The two-bedroom condo looks directly onto both the gulf and the sugary beach of Fort Myers. Less than a five-minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Santini Marina Plaza or travel to the barrier island’s Times Square area, a cornucopia of restaurants, nightspots, boutiques and street performers. The Sandarac complex has its own heated swimming pool for those days when the gulf isn’t quite warm enough for your liking. After your swim, you can dry off in the sun on a poolside chaise. The grounds have a picnic area too, along with a grill. If you reel in any trout or flounder from nearby Estero Bay, you can barbecue it right here.
