Access to Starboard Light 7 is at ground level. There is tile flooring in the entry, kitchen, dining areas and bathrooms. The kitchen, dining and living areas on the lower level are an open floorplan. The kitchen has plenty of counterspace, and everything is available in this kitchen to whip up gourmet meals, or just snacks or toast and coffee in the morning. All you have to do is bring the food! Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, range with oven, built-in above-range microwave and side by side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door. In the kitchen is a breakfast bar seating two. The adjacent dining area has a pub style table seating four, which flows out into the comfortable living area, very nicely furnished with an L-shaped sleeper sofa with coffee table and end table and lamp, matching recliner, and opposite this area is another matching recliner with credenza with large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished ground floor lanai right near the pool.

The upper-level primary bedroom with en suite bath is furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, a corner overstuffed chair, triple dresser, and opposite the bed is a credenza with large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors out to the second-floor balcony put you in a perfect position for the exquisite sunrises! The en suite bathroom has a vanity and lavatory, plenty of storage space beneath, and a walk-in shower with glass doors. All towels and linens are provided. The guest bedroom has one queen and one double bed with a nightstand and lamp, and a dresser with flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower and vanity with a lavatory and storage beneath.
