The deeded neighborhood beach is just across the boulevard and offers access to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic-congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach.
RSW International Airport is about a 25 to 30-minute drive away, and Naples and its fine shopping and restaurants are also within an easy 20 to 30-minute drive. If you wish to leave the car behind, a short walk takes you to a trolley stop along Estero Boulevard that runs north to the Times Square area with its myriad of boutiques and restaurants, and then runs south to the Lovers Key state park and its pristine beaches.
In addition, Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant, is just across the Big Carlos Pass bridge at Lovers Key resort. Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. The restaurant is appropriately named because while dining you will most likely see dolphins passing by on their trek to and from the Gulf.

There is wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is in the center of the house and overlooks the furnished lanai and pool beyond. A pass-through window to the screened lanai offers convenience for eating outside. The laundry room is just off the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer.
The kitchen has plenty of custom cabinets and granite counterspace with tile backsplash. Everything is available to whip up gourmet meals if so desired. Just bring the food!
Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door, a dishwasher, a built-in microwave oven and a glass-top range in the granite-top island with four high-boy bar seats.
The adjacent dining area has a table seating eight, as well as an L-shaped booth for the kids. This flows into the spacious living room that is filled with natural light from the wall of windows looking out towards the Gulf of Mexico. Vibrant colors with warm wood tones will have you relaxing in no time. There are plenty of seating options, and in addition there is a fireplace and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, plenty of closet and dresser space, and an in-room TV. This room also opens to the screened in lanai. There is an ensuite bathroom with a large nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors, an enclosed commode, and a separate tub!
The first guest bedroom also has a king-size bed. The second guest bedroom has two bunk beds with trundles and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is a full guest bathroom in the adjoining hallway with a walk-in shower.
