The electronic pad lock is faulty. We had to put the code in multiple times for the dead bolt to open. I’m addition when we arrived the code didn’t work. We had to call VTrips to provide another code to ope the dead bolt.

This property was well maintained and was very functianal for us. Future guests should know that they will not have a view from the lower level condos, and there are a set of steps going from the parking lot to the lower level units in our building. There is an elevator to the upper floors. The appliances all worked fine, and there were enough towels and kitchenware for the two of us. There is no hand soap, coffee filters, shampoo, which are some of the basic items in most rentals. Also, if you plan to cook meals, be aware that there are no items such as salt/pepper, oil, that are often left from previous renters and shared by all. Bring detergent if you plan to use the washer. The air conditioner worked great, very comfortable. This unit is right on the walkway to the beach, so handy! Parking was always available. All codes worked, and our parking pass was ready for us. Bed was comfortable, shower had hot water. Ice maker in the freezer was appreciated. Our experience was positive.
