Welcome to Strandview Towers 203, a two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo. Location, views and the advantages of a smaller resort await. The property is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico and just adjacent to Newton Park. There is a one month minimum stay. The resort is located mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway, is a seven mile stretch of white sugar sand beach. Snook Bight Marina is just across the boulevard. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay is just across the boulevard! Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs and night life. Resort amenities include a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts and outdoor barbecue area. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, private laundry and complimentary WiFi and cable TV. Upon arrival ample parking is available. Entrance from the garage area is via secure elevator and entry into the condo is into the foyer and the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is carpet throughout except for the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, a range with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, built-in above-range microwave oven, stainless steel sink with garbage disposal and pass-through bar to the dining area. The adjacent dining area has a small buffet and glass-top table seating four. Between the dining area and living area is an alcove with stacked washer and dryer, The dining area flows into the living room that is furnished with a sofa and side chair, end table and lamp, a floor lamp and coffee table on an area rug and a credenza with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to the tiled and screened in balcony furnished with a round glass-top table and four chairs, where from a second floor vantage point will be spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from Sanibel Island to the west to Bonita Springs and Naples to the east and south. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a queen-size bed with night stands and lamps, triple dresser with flat screen TV and a wide expanse of windows with plantation shutters literally allowing you to awake in the morning looking right out at the gulf. There is ample closet space as well. The en suite bathroom has a dressing area with sculpted lavatory built into the vanity, with a separate combination tub/shower and commode which can be closed off with a pocket door. The guest bedroom has ample closet space, two single beds with night stand and lamp, double dresser and flat screen TV. The adjacent guest bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, then through a pocket door is the commode and combination tub/shower.
