Welcome to Vacation Villas 331, a two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front resort-style condo here in paradise. Located in the quieter North end of Estero Island this condo villa on the second floor, yet third level above ground level, is a gulf-front venue with a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico, and is an easy bike ride or walk to Times Square and the numerous boutiques, restaurants and night life afforded at this end of the island. This resort is also right next door to Bowditch Point Park, which is literally the northern tip of Estero Island. Views include Estero Pass on one side with almost constant marine traffic, as well as the Gulf of Mexico. Its close proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. Resort amenities include your own on-site gulf-side heated saltwater swimming pool, patio with gas BBQ grills and tables and chairs with privacy fence surrounding it. A coin laundry is conveniently located at ground level. Off street parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to make your arrival go a little easier. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided and complimentary WiFi and cable TV. Entry is via elevator from ground level to the second floor then into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring in the entry, kitchen and bathrooms, with carpeting in the dining, living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen has plenty of granite counterspace and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, glass-top range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is a peninsular bar with four barstools on the dining side, which also has a buffet and table seating four. This flows into the living area which has a sectional sofa with end table, lamp and coffee table, opposite which is a side chair with table and a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the screened-in and furnished balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, an armoir, chest of drawers, desk with chair and wall-mounted flat screen TV. There are sliding glass doors out to a private screened-in and furnished balcony. The bathroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and nicely tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed and in-room TV, and the adjacent guest bathroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower.
