Welcome to Bay Village 126, a recently remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath water-front condo situated closer to the southern end of Estero Island. Bay Village Club overlooks the water toward Estero Bay and is a very short walk to the seven miles of sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. A public marina, dinner movie theatre, and a diverse selection of restaurants and shops are nearby. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a short drive away. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. Trolley service is available to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. Resort amenities include a large heated pool and cabana, sauna, outdoor shower, shuffleboard courts, gas grills, fishing docks, a tennis/pickleball court and a small library. Condo amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all towels and linens, private laundry area, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Upon arrival there is ample parking. Entry is via stairs or elevator to the second level then into the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has all the items necessary to prepare full course meals if so desired. There is plenty of cabinet space and granite countertops with tile backsplash. Appliances include a glass-top range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The adjacent dining area has a buffet and table seating four. This flows into the living area, nicely furnished with a sofa, end tables and lamps, matching loveseat and coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a corner credenza with large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished and screened in lanai overlooking the water. The lanai also has glass sliders to the outside. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, night stand and lamp, double dresser, in-room flat screen TV, and full en suite bathroom with granite vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath, commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. It also opens to the lanai and offers water views. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp, chest of drawers and plenty of closet space. A full bathroom in the adjoining hallway accommodates everyone with a nicely tiled combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors, commode and granite vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath.
