Post-hurricane Ian damage cleanup continues in the Fort Myers Beach area. Please expect ongoing construction and construction noise around the complex. At this time some amenities may not be available for use. Currently the elevators are not working. This unit has been carefully inspected and renovated prior to re-opening. We have made every effort to maintain a safe and comfortable setting for our guests.
Bella Lago is newer construction and this condo is nicely decorated and furnished. The resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a myriad of amenities that include a public marina, movie theatre and restaurants. There is deeded beach access and also a quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. Trolley service is available to the Times Square area. Amenities at Bella Lago include a resort-style pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, fitness room, community room and fishing pier. Condo amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all towels and linens, private laundry area, central air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby where an elevator takes you to #423 on the second floor. Enter into the foyer and open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The condo has tasteful furnishings and decor throughout. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has an elevated pass-through bar into the dining area. There is ample solid surface counter space. Everything is provided to whip up a full course meal, or simply to make toast and coffee first thing in the morning. Just bring the food. Appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, glass-top range with oven and built-in above-range microwave oven. The adjacent dining area has a buffet and table seating six, which flows into a nicely furnished living room with leather sofa and matching loveseat and coffee table. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with large flat screen TV. Continuing on through a wide expanse of sliding glass doors takes you to the screen and glass enclosed lanai overlooking a lake with its fountain and soothing sounds. Most likely a focal point of your stay, this glass enclosed extension of the living room ensures year round, all weather use of this great area and its comfortable seating with a couch, a large flat screen TV and a wine fridge.
The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed with night stands and lamps. Sliding glass doors provide private access to the balcony. The bathroom has a vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, a separate commode room with a pocket door, and a tiled walk-in shower with a showerhead as well as hand-held shower head. The guest bedroom has a queen-size Murphy bed with custom side cabinets and mirrored closet doors. The adjacent guest bath has a tub/shower combination with glass doors, commode and vanity with lavatory. In addition to the bedrooms is a den with a full-size sleeper sofa, and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. This is an amazing property and I would recommend! It is exactly as pictured and even more. A great location within walking distance to the Santini Plaza with restaurants, ice cream and shopping. The beach access is incredible, just across the street. And the beach is very nice! The trollee stop is close but while we were there was very unpredictable. We truly enjoyed the beautiful screened in patio overlooking the fountain and pond. The master bedroom has a good king mattress on the softer side though. The murphy bed mattress was just okay and the sofa bed is a sofa bed. The property was quiet and easily accessible with enough parking for one car. While there was dish soap and detergent, there was not ANY extra food items at all. Probably a property management liability. No salt, pepper sugar, etc. Also no extra beach towels or supplies or even trash bags.

Overall very good! Very few extra towels but had washer dryer! The lanai was great, had to send 2 broken chairs in d/t bein broke & took 4 days to return! A missed opportunity for them, could so easily been 2 king suites! We had a great time!
