Terra Mar 502 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, air-conditioned condo that sleeps six when the sofa sleeper in the living room is put to use. The condo features new, beautiful flooring throughout (no carpet), new kitchen countertops, and has been freshly repainted and decorated.
When you finally are able to tear yourself away from the extraordinary views off of your lanai, use the free Internet to watch Netflix (HDMI cable available), or connect your laptop to set tee times, book reservations, and send photos to friends back home.
The living room is beautifully furnished with plenty of comfortable couches to accommodate all of your guests. Step through the sliding glass doors and onto the lanai, where you will find a table and chairs that are perfect for sipping a cocktail. Relax and watch the colorful evening sunset. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable, queen-sized bed. Here, you’ll want to slip out of your private sliding door access to the lanai, where you can watch the stars come out over the Gulf and listen to the surf.

Perfect sunset view from the balcony! You can see the pool area as well. It's also a large size balcony. The other residents/guests in the building were great. It's not a party building so it was really good for our family with small children. The condo was modern and decorated beautifully.. We had everything we needed except we had to buy some cleaning supplies. The condo was really clean and the grounds were well kept. There's shopping, restaurants, CVS, and a gas station just across the street. Only a 5 min drive to time square and Bowman's Beach.
