Settle back in the large living area's comfortable sectional to enjoy a movie on the cable smart HDTV, or surf the web on your tablet courtesy of the free Wi-Fi. The open floor plan offers a dining area with lots of space to enjoy a family meal or a lively board game, as well as a cozy nook where the kids can retreat with their games. The spacious and stylish gourmet kitchen, separated from the main living area by a handy breakfast bar, is fully equipped with all the stainless-steel appliances, cookware, dishes and gadgets you’ll need to cook and serve your favorite dishes if you get tired of sampling the local cuisine.
Complete SeaRenity’s primary bedroom is a dream retreat with sumptuous king-size bed, in-room HDTV and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and large soaking tub. Three additional bedrooms (one with a king-size bed, two with a pair of twin-size beds each so Complete SeaRenity sleeps eight in all) also have private TVs and ceiling fans. A second full bathroom makes getting started on the day quicker and easier, and a washer and dryer let you leave room in your luggage for souvenirs. And then…well, they say it's what's inside that counts, but Complete SeaRenity’s outside is pretty amazing, too! The large, covered patio houses a dining set and gas grill, cushioned chaise lounges, and – best of all – a private pool for your exclusive use. This is our 2nd stay here at the request of our children. We love everything about this home. It's in a great location in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with endless adventures all around. We can't wait for round 3!

This home has everything you need for a great family beach/pool vacation! We spent many hours in the lovely, solar-heated pool and covered and screen lanai (the covered part was great for those of us who need some shade). The proximity to the beach can't be beat (literally two minutes, with map provided as to how to get there), and the golf cart was such a nice bonus. The neighborhood is so very quiet especially with the house being on a dead end, with friendly neighbors all around. The beach was super private, with so few people there, and it was just stunning. Also close to Publix, some great restaurants, marinas from which to take boating and kayaking excursions, Marineland, Washington Oaks Park, and it's 30 minutes to St. Augustine. The house has all the items you need for cooking and having meals and so many places to choose from to eat - the dining room table, the lanai, or the bar. The house also came with beach towels, coolers, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. for the beach. The only thing I might recommend for future is an umbrella for the beach (again for those of us who need some shade). The house was also super clean which we greatly appreciated. Loved that we could do some laundry too. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you!

Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
