Welcome to 210 Ostego Drive, a truly deluxe, four-bedroom, three-bath newly remodeled and designer-furnished vacation destination with heated swimming pool and spa, located at the northern end of the island. This property consists of two separate accommodations, each with its own entry, great for a group of friends to all be in the same location, yet each having their own privacy. The upper level has two bedrooms and two baths, the lower level with two bedrooms and one bath. Both levels have their own kitchen, living and dining areas. The lower level has a laundry room with washer and dryer. This is all less than a 2-minute walk to Estero Boulevard and 7 miles of white sugar sand beach. The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing within walking or biking distance. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals and fishing charters to name a few. This property is equipped with WiFi throughout. The back yard is fenced in and has a large pavered deck around the heated pool with spa that flows over into the pool, and there is a table with umbrella seating four and several lounge chairs. A gas grill is also available. On arrival there is ample off-street parking and two covered parking spaces. Access to the upper level is via stairs going up the right side, with entry into the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas. The kitchen is open and airy with Quartzite counter tops and high end stainless-steel appliances, with island table seating four separating it from the living area. The kitchen comes fully equipped, including coffee maker, range, microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with freezer drawer, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multicourse dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee and toast in the morning. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four. The living room is tastefully furnished, yet with a beachy theme. A large L-shaped sectional provides a comfy spot to be entertained or kept abreast of world events on the large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living and dining area flow into an awsome furnished bonus/game room with ping-pong table and sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, dresser and wall-mounted large flat screen TV. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower with sliding doors and a vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The guest bathroom off the hallway has a combination tub/shower with sliding doors and a vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath. The lower level has two entrances from the covered carport area. Enter through the door to the right into the laundry area with washer/dryer. Adjacent to this is an L-shaped kitchen with Quartzite countertops and stainless-steel appliances that include a dishwasher, glasstop range and oven, above-range built-in microwave oven and side-by-side refrigerator with freezer drawer. The kitchen flows into the dining, living areas and bedrooms. A hallway bathroom is nicely decorated and has a walk-in shower and lavatory with vanity and storage space beneath. The dining table seats four, and the adjacent living room has a sleeper sofa, end tables and lamps, coffee table and companion chairs on an area rug, opposite which is a credenza with wall-mounted large flat screen TV above. The living room also has a door that exits to the covered parking area. The first guest bedroom on the lower level has a king-size bed, night stands, triple dresser and wall-mounted flat screen TV above. The second guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand with lamp and a wall-mounted flat screen TV.
