Upon entering your corner unit condo on the second floor, you will be immediately drawn to the beautiful views of Estero Bay and the southern part of Fort Myers Beach. There is tile flooring in the kitchen, dining area and bathroom, otherwise carpeting in the living and bedroom areas. The kitchen has a range with oven, mini-dishwasher, built-in microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer. There is a kitchen buffet and a dining table seating four. This flows into the remainder of the great room that has a flat screen TV, a subwoofer and sound bar and a comfy sofa that can be converted to a queen sleeper if desired. Open the sliding glass doors off the living room allowing the Gulf breeze to flow through, then step out onto the balcony where you can enjoy the views of the pool, Estero Bay and Flippers Restaurant.

The bedroom has a king size bed and in-room TV. It also opens to the balcony for some late night star gazing. The bathroom is off the hallway and has a tub/shower combination for everyone's convenience.
