This resort-style two-bedroom, two-bath condo is very generously sized and located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island, commonly known as Fort Myers Beach.

Gullwing 304 is within walking distance of a public marina, movie theater and restaurants. There is also a quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Southwest Florida International Airport.

The beach in this portion of the island is expansive, connecting vacationers to seven miles of sugar-white sand beach. Hop on a rental bike and enjoy a scenic ride while you breathe in the fresh ocean air and discover hidden gems. We have your passcode inside so you can rent bikes for up to four hours for free each day! During your complimentary bicycle tour, you can see the whole island and stop for lunch.

You will find plenty of on-site entertainment at Gullwing, including a heated swimming pool, spa, fitness center, elevated tennis courts and gas barbecue grill area. Each unit is allotted two unreserved parking spaces, and luggage and bellman carts are available for guest use.

The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a two-mile drive away, and a CVS pharmacy is within easy walking distance.

Gullwing 304 is equipped with ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, bed linens and towels, a washer and dryer, and a beach umbrella, toys and chairs.

Entry at ground level is through a secure, air-conditioned lobby where an elevator takes you to the third floor. Except for the carpeted living room and bedrooms, you will find tile flooring throughout the condo.

The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of counter space and well-equipped cabinets for convenient meal preparation. Appliances include a two-door refrigerator with a freezer drawer and icemaker, glass topped range with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, and above-range microwave oven.

The kitchen features recessed lighting, a large pantry and a pass-through to the living area. Flooring has been upgraded to Luxury Vinyl Planks. The oven includes an air fryer setting. There are now 4 barstools 2 each at bar and breakfast counter. Publix is approximately 20 minutes toward town.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room accented by a bay window and a dining table for six. The pass-through bar from the kitchen has three cushioned bar stools on the living room side. To the left of the living room, and just adjacent to the dining room, is a wet bar complete with a sink as well as an undercounter safe. There are four cushioned bar stools on the living room side, as well as a chair for the bartender.

The living room is nicely furnished with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, and two side chairs opposite a credenza with a large flat-screen TV.

The primary bedroom with ensuite bath is outfitted with a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, dresser with a flat-screen TV and a corner chair. Behind the chair is a door leading to the lanai. You will be dazzled by the view of the Gulf and beach from the primary bedroom window. The primary bath has a walk-in closet, separate room for the commode, corner garden jetted tub, and beautifully tiled walk-in shower with glass door, shower head and body sprays. You will also find a dual-sink, granite-topped vanity with wall mirrors and plenty of space for your personal items.

The guest bedroom, also featuring private access to the lanai, has a queen-size bed, nightstands and lamps, corner chair and double dresser with wall mirror and flat-screen TV. The shared guest bath is nicely tiled with a walk-in shower with a ceiling rain shower head, commode, and granite-topped vanity.

On the property, for an extended period, there will be ongoing construction on common area elements and in the individual units, which involves lots of noise and unkempt conditions. Several amenities are not available, including the tennis court, beach chairs/toys, and grill area, and limited parking due to an abundance of workers with their vehicles/trailers on the property plus the need to take up additional spaces for the rental fire pump and sometimes large cranes. Projects like roofs, sliders, and window replacements will add to the noise and congestion. Residential trash service is now available. Contractors must remove construction debris from the property. Nightly security is currently in place, and cameras at the front doors will record all accesses.

Due to repairs, the balcony is currently closed.

To start off with a positive...the unit it self was fabulous with updated renovations. However, the check in procedure was very time consuming and confusing. They inundate you with so much info prior to your stay ,that if you do not read all the fine print you will make the mistake we made. We did not realize that you have to pick up the pool & parking passes at a completely different location down the street. The code did not work when we tried to enter the room. All of this fluster, it took us almost 30 minutes to actually get into the room. The safe inside the unit did not work, which I wanted to use. They should have highlighted in YELLOW that the balcony was not in use from hurricane damage. We really wanted to look out at the beach and hang out outside at the table and if I realized this, we would have requested another unit. Yes, you do have beach access and the beach is nice; but be prepared for a walk (bring beach cart to carry items). It was nice that the unit did provide beach/pool towels and some umbrellas, small chairs, toys. Although, I did not know that was available, but still nice. Very disappointed that the pool is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. For the size of the resort, it should be so much larger. We couldn't even enjoy going into the pool because there were so many people in it all day long for the whole weekend. It looked like a public pool !!!! The rental company should provide the pool and parking passes already in the room versus driving to a location of just a lock box. The custodial staff were friendly, but they were standing outside our room almost 30 minutes prior to us needing to check out. Felt stressed trying to hurry up and leave.

Regarding Beach Access and Amenities: We appreciate you mentioning the beach access and the provided beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs. We'll ensure this information is included in the unit description to avoid any surprises for future guests. Regarding Pool Size and Occupancy: We apologize that the pool seemed overcrowded during your stay. The pool dimensions are accurately reflected in the listing photos, but perception can sometimes differ from reality. Check in wasn’t good for us. Had a hard time locating the white box to pick up keys (poor lighting at pick up box address ). The condo and the key pick up are at two different locations which was confusing. Thank goodness we ran into a nice couple that was able to direct us. The condo was very nice. Clean, comfortable, right on the beach and property had a heated pool and hot tub. Grocery store is within 3 miles. I would like to go back again after businesses recover from the hurricane.
