**Please note, this condo complex has a strict one month minimum rental policy** Welcome to Leonardo Arms 108, a recently renovated two-bedroom, two-bath gulf-front vacation destination in paradise with a one-month minimum stay. This condo is located near the southern end of the island. Santini Marina Plaza is just across the boulevard touting numerous restaurants and shops, and behind that on the bay is Fishtail Marina with its own restaurant, boat charters, rentals and docks. There is a Trolley stop along the boulevard where you can climb aboard and go either up or down the entire island. Taking the Trolley north takes you to the bustling Times Square area with its myriad of shops, restaurants and night life. To the south one can visit Lover's Key State Park, a natural Florida environment with natural beaches and tropical foliage. Bird lovers will enjoy the wide variety of colorful birds. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. Amenities at the resort include one covered parking space and ample guest parking, a very nice garden area with large heated pool overlooking the Gulf, laundry facilities, gas grills with outside dining area and shuffleboard courts, all literally just steps to the beach where miles of secluded white sugar sand beach awaits. This condo has central air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, and complimentary WiFi and cable TV. Upon arrival there are luggage carts available at ground level to make settling in a breeze. Access to your condo is on the first floor then into the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring in the main living area and wood flooring in the bedrooms. The kitchen has plenty of hard surface counter space, plenty of cabinets and all the necessary items to make a full course meal should you so desire. Just bring the food! There is a peninsular bar with bar stools on the dining room side. Appliances include a glass-top range and oven, a built-in above-range microwave oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with side by side doors with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door. There is a stainless steel sink with disposal. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six. This flows into the living room which has a sleeper-sofa, matching loveseat and flat screen TV. There are sliding glass doors from the living area to the furnished balcony overlooking the resort pool and partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a triple dresser with flat screen TV and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a dressing area with walk-in closet. There is a vanity and lavatory, commode and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stand and lamp and a tall double dresser. The en suite bathroom has a vanity and lavatory, commode, and nicely combination tub/shower. Leonardo Arms 108 will certainly be a vacation destination to remember. Love the condo and the complex but no one told us the building is under major construction untill...

Love the condo and the complex but no one told us the building is under major construction untill next year! We lived for 2 months with loud noise from the drilling. Also, the screen porch of this unit will be boarded up soon and unusable till possibly November. No one said a word to us about any of this. Not cool! Make syre you check before renting or face disapointment. The 3rd party managment team did offer to move us, but it was too much a hassle to do.

#108 needs a update, WiFi never worked, guest room was next to building mechanical room, you could hear a power surge all night long, then in morning at 7, workers could be heard in mechanical room. The convenience to pool, the people at condo, overall joy of complex, still made this month very enjoyable. I would rent or own at LeonardoArms in future.
