The location was great. Parking was a challenge but we figured it out since we had more than one vehicle traveling from out of state. Loved having the beach access next door and being close to Publix for groceries and being close to planet fitness. None of the amenities were available and it would have been nice to known that ahead of time instead of getting the phone call two weeks before our reservation. Would stay again because the location was great.

The condo is very spacious and clean. The main negative is could not use balcony because of the pigeon poop. Also was left with only 2 wash clothes for 6 days and no way to wash them. No dish towels were left to wash the dishes as it has no dishwasher. Also wifi very slow.

The condo was very big for a one bedroom and very clean. The view was just what we wanted. The biggest negative was we couldn't use balcony because of the pigeon poop. While we had plenty of towels for our stay we only had two wash clothes and no way to wash them. Was left with no dish towels for washing the dishes as there is no dishwasher. So I had to buy items to clean the dishes.

The condo was very comfortable. Beautiful view. Needed a few things in kitchen but definitely workable. We had a great time. The building is dated but owners are working on improvements. We really enjoyed our stay.
