Vista Verde East 5-137 is located on the ground floor of the condo complex. Step through the sliding glass doors of the living/dining area, and you’re out among lushly landscaped grounds and the fresh sea breeze. From the shade of your covered patio, you can watch the golfers cover the course. And at night you can sit outside enjoying a quiet drink in the silvery shimmer of the moonlight—so romantic.

The living area of Vista Verde East 5-137 is as beautifully furnished as it is marvelously comfortable. Once you sink into the leather sofa or the large armchair, you might never want to get back up. Fortunately, you can keep yourself entertained watching a movie on the large flat-panel TV, surfing the web via the free WiFi, or napping beneath the breeze of the ceiling fan. (Don’t worry: The condo has central air-conditioning as well!). There’s also plenty of room for the kids to gather around the coffee table with their games and toys.

Vista Verde East 5-137 has two dining tables where you can set up your Monopoly board or settle in for a night of rummy—or of course, sit down for a meal. Amply cushioned leather chairs surround the dining area’s stone-top table, which will encourage you to linger long after you’ve finished dessert. And the eat-in kitchen has a table of its own. While family dinners are often a highlight of a vacation, for a change of pace, you might want to sit the kids down at one table so that the adults can enjoy a quieter, more leisurely meal at the other.

No doubt you’ll want to sample the local restaurants, several of which you can even walk to. When you do want to cook, though, you’ll find all the appliances, cookware, and tableware you’ll need in Vista Verde East 5-137’s bright kitchen. There’s plenty of storage too, so you can stock up on groceries at the beginning of your stay rather than waste precious vacation time making multiple trips to the market. Because a washer and a dryer are tucked inside a kitchen closet, you can get away with packing just a carry-on bag.

Both of Vista Verde East 5-137’s bedrooms have a TV, a ceiling fan, and ample storage. The primary suite boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a private bathroom with beautiful tilework reminiscent of a 5-star retreat. The second bedroom has a pair of twin beds, and there’s the second bathroom as well. Any additional guests can spend the night on the living area’s sofa bed, which sleeps 2.

The Vista Verde complex has its heated pool, so you can stroll out of your condo and be splashing about in the water in no time. Furnished with plenty of chaises and dotted with palm trees, the poolside patio invites you to bask in the sunshine. And after a day on the links, paddleboarding in the gulf, or exploring St. Petersburg, you’ll relish a rejuvenating soak in the outdoor spa.

In less than ten minutes you can drive to Pass-a-Grille, a charming town right on the Gulf of Mexico. When you’re not swimming, canoeing, kayaking, or parasailing in the water, you can watch for dolphins, explore the outdoor art market or take a ferry ride. In less than 20 minutes you can drive to St. Petersburg’s Dalí Museum or Sunken Gardens, among many other attractions.
