Avery’s Ocean Beach A includes three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps six. The home is air-conditioned and has its own laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. There’s also free Internet, which is great for arranging tee times, making dinner reservations or sending photos back home.
Walk across the front port sitting area and in the front door where you’ll be greeted by an open-concept living room/dining room space. Everything is brand-new because the duplex itself was recently built. Cool tile floors throughout feel great on the feet after a day on the beach.
The dining area includes a table and six chairs, an elegant setting for any meal you eat in, but chances are you’ll probably want to enjoy many meals at the great restaurants you’ll find in and around St. Augustine Beach.
The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, dishes and utensils you’ll need during your stay. You’ll love the large granite countertops and extensive cabinets that give you plenty of room for storing your food.
Beyond the kitchen out back is a large covered deck that leads out into the grassy yard, perfect for kids play.
The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and French doors leading directly to a balcony. The room is a true large retreat with chairs for reading and ample storage space.
The beautiful primary bathroom features a large walk-in shower and double sink vanity with enough space to spread out your stuff and get ready at leisure.
The second bedroom of Avery’s Ocean Breeze A includes a queen-sized bed, perfect for a second couple. There’s plenty of space in these rooms for guests to store all their clothes and suitcases.
The third bedroom also comes with a comfortable king-size bed.
The second and third bedrooms share a large bathroom with shower/tub combination and large vanity with an expansive mirror and lots of storage space. There’s also a half bath for added convenience.
Avery’s Ocean Breeze A is a comfortable, convenient home that is within close walking distance to the beach – just two blocks. Get ready to enjoy a great Florida vacation in this inviting home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. Just a two minute walk to the beach. The Dollar General Store was right across the street which was very convenient. We would highly recommend it.

This is a really beautiful place with a nice view of the ocean. It is such a short walk, it made beach going a breeze. The kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure to cook in. The whole place is decorated lovely and I LOVE THE ST AUGUSTINE GRASS FOR MY LITTLE DOG!!! It was so nice not to have to worry about sticker balls while letting my dog potty. Those sticker balls are harsh! We will definitely return. Constrction started across the street but that is no way the fault of the property owner and should probably end soon as it\'s a very small place.

We had a great time in St. Augustine. It was my family\'s first time to rent a vacation home. Everything from booking to checking out went very smoothly. The house was in excellent condition and the location was ideal. We had a blast. My son left his ipod at the house. Glenn, the owner, got it back to us right away that my son did not even realize it was missing. We will definitely go back.

We stayed at this house for a week and even though there were six of us, we never felt like there was not enough space or privacy. Perfectly clean, spacious, a very short walk to the beach, quiet and pleasant!
