As a top floor of an elevator building, Ocean Village Club Q37 has the advantages of great views in two directions and no noisy upstairs neighbors. Just outside our front door is the open stairwell, a great place to sit and watch kite surfers glide over the waves in the late afternoon. Birds sail by each morning and evening, and the ocean is an ever-changing palette of blue. You're going to love it here!

Our balcony is just outside the living area at Ocean Village Club Q37. Super comfortable balcony height table and chairs allow you to view the ocean without craning your neck. The big oceanfront swimming pool is just below, while the Atlantic beckons beyond. And you have a perfect view of the private dune walkover leading down to the sand.

When it's time to tear yourself away from the balcony and come indoors, you're immediately greeted by the cool, pleasant décor. Very comfortable chairs and couches are arranged in this spacious, light-filled and freshly painted room. Smooth textured tiled flooring makes you feel like your feet are still in the sand except nice and cool, and the long sliding glass door offers a lovely view of the ocean even when you're sitting down. In one corner, a large HDTV with Blu-Ray/DVD promises entertainment for the whole family. ATT U-Verse includes all of your favorite channels, and even includes a DVR so you can record your favorite shows while you are out for a night on the town at one of St. Augustine’s many great restaurants.

The dining area is just past the living room. If you prefer, take your meals out to the balcony or down to the grills and picnic tables of the Ocean Village Club resort grounds. The dining room table also makes a good place to set up your laptop (you have free high-speed wireless Internet at Ocean Village Club Q37) and check the opening times of your next sightseeing adventure.

You will love the kitchen here. It was completely renovated in 2016 with granite countertops, 60-40 sink, and soft close cabinets and drawers in a beautiful cherry. It contains all the major and minor appliances you could need, plus cookware, dishes, and utensils. And even if you don't intend to do much cooking this vacation, you'll appreciate the convenience of our microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, and super quiet dishwasher! We also have large capacity front loading washer and dryer in case you want to pack light!

Just as new and beautiful as the living and dining areas are the bedrooms at Ocean Village Club Q37. The primary suite is very spacious and restful, with a luxurious king-sized bed, a flat screen HDTV with DVD player, and a completely remodeled ensuite spa bathroom containing a walk-in shower. This suite is your heaven, with its ocean views, soft lamplight, and total privacy. Lay in bed, read a book, and watch the ocean waves while you relax.

The 2nd bedroom is cheerful, with matching twin-sized beds, brand new mattresses, and a flat-screen TV. Even the guest room has a lovely view of the ocean!
