This place was perfect for our vacation. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and it was a convenient, short walk to the water. The space was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend staying there!

Property was as expected by was locked out for a half day because the door was broken. Property management was not very responsive. Check out was 12 cleaning service showed up at 1130 and asked why we were there?

We had 4 guests and the description said it sleeps 4. 2 of our guests had to share the couch to sleep on. I would have thought the couch would have had a pull out bed but it did not.

- 46+ Days Prior to Arrival, $1000 is due at the time of Booking if the total is more than $4000.
- 46+ Days Prior to Arrival, $300 is due at the time of Booking if the total is less than $1000.
- Within 45 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.
