The ground-floor third bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, and a mini-fridge. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Great location, walking distance to the beach. The views are amazing, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The couch could’ve been more comfortable, and maybe more seating in the living room. The beds were super comfortable, but the bedrooms were really warm if we closed the doors, and the master bathroom wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, so we had to clean it prior to using it. But it was a nice place to stay, and close to everything, like restaurants and shopping. The host was responsive, and helpful about the parking that we needed.

The house is nice. Everything is on the second level except for one bed/bath/laundry room on ground level. The deck faces the ocean. The beach is a quick walk down the road, and there is a parking lot that is helpful if you are taking a lot of items to the beach. There are lots of rocks in the water at the end of the steps from the parking lot. When you get on the beach turn left and walk about 75 yards. There is a good spot there with hardly any rocks in the water. My three kids loved the triple bunk bed.

Great stay. Quiet street, wonderful deck always with a breeze. House was very nice and the whole family had a great time. Beds were very comfortable!!!. Being able to park under the home and having a place to wash off our beach items and ourselves after the beach in the shade was nice. Publix less than 5 minutes away. Beach area was nice. Easy to get to with bathroom facilities close. Host was very responsive to all questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a wonderful time at Casita Del Mar. We traveled with 5 teenagers and it was a perfect set up for us. One thing that happened to work out well for us but was not disclosed in the house description is the 3rd bedroom is downstairs, you have to leave the main house and walk down the outside stairs to access it. It was a bonus for us this time since we had teens with us that didn’t mind and were old enough to be down there alone. We didn’t get the Wi-Fi password until late Monday morning after requesting it all weekend. We started requesting it shortly after check in. There were no instructions for checking out which I also had to request but we received them after we had left. There is definitely room for improvement on the communication. The owners stay in a 5th wheel camper on the property, they did not stay there the entire week but it was another point not disclosed on the description. The location of the property was perfect and the parks were great. Make sure to bring everything you need for the beach, there are no chairs or toys at the house. It would have been nice to have a chair or 2 to have at the beach. There was a NASA (space X) rocket launch my kids saw from the beach which was a nice unexpected bonus! The house was clean and a has a well stocked kitchen so we were able to cook several meals at home. The deck was perfect for us and our furry family member. All in all we had a great time and saw some AMAZING sunrises. We will come again.
