Situated right on the magnificent Fort Myers beach, Carlos Pointe 422 is a fabulous two bedroom, two bathroom condo that has spacious, comfortable and welcoming accommodation for six.

With wonderful views over the Gulf of Mexico to enjoy from the lanai, king-sized bed in the main bedroom, two twins in the guest room and a queen sized sofa sleeper there is room for everyone to be comfortable here. Featuring a heated swimming pool complex down by the beach including plenty of seating and a barbecue as well as TV and DVD players in the property and internet access throughout, Carlos Pointe 422 has everything you need for the perfect Fort Myers vacation.

After taking the elevator up to Carlos Pointe 422 walking in find us in the open plan living area, with its wonderful range of comfortable seating complimented by the wall mounted large screen TV it creates a real home from home. Light floods through the glass screen doors at the end, creating a bright, relaxing area that is a pleasure to spend time in. Walking through the glass doors you step out onto the lanai, with a small table and comfortable sofa, along with magnificent views over the Fort Myers beach and the ocean beyond. You will never tire of relaxing here and watching the glorious gulf sunset.

Back inside Carlos Pointe 422 just behind the seating area, we see the dining area, with an attractive dining table and a breakfast bar for morning meals, this is a lovely open space that is still in place to make the most of the wonderful ocean views. Past the breakfast bar is the kitchen itself, with plenty of counter space and a range of appliances. This comprehensive feature set, including a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer in combination with the compact and clever design that places everything to hand ensures this is a fantastic kitchen for even the most demanding cook.

The primary bedroom is a magnificent dual aspect room, with a large window and glass sliding doors that lead out onto the lanai, as well as providing views of the beach and down the coast. With exquisite modern décor, a wall mounted TV and plenty of storage space as well as that private exit onto the lanai, it presents a wonderfully relaxing space, the perfect place to unwind at the end of every day of your Fort Myers vacation. To the side is an en-suite with large cupboards and granite worktop, as well as a glass screened shower, adding a touch of elegance to every day.

The guest room features two twin beds, with a large amount of storage from two dressers and a TV for entertainment. With bright and bold décor, and an en-suite that features a large glass screened shower the accommodation is a wonderful place for the family to relax.

Outside is the magnificent pool complex, with its heated pool itself, plenty of seating and shaded eating area where you can take advantage of the barbecue for more informal dining. Also here is the games room and foyer, with a range of seating in the shade and plenty of games, including table tennis, for all to enjoy, right by the beach and the views down the coast.

Carlos Pointe 422 is also convenient for the many attractions of Forty Myers, with the Lovers Key State Park just a short journey away, and Times Square, with its stores and restaurants, not much further, giving you the beach and adventure right to hand.
