Unlike the open-plan design of many vacation condos, Seashell 19 is divided into distinct rooms for privacy. There is a big table in one corner of the living room that does triple duty. At mealtimes, it can become a dining table (although it usually loses out to the balcony!). It has also been known to host a giant jigsaw puzzle, a Lego village, and lines of seashells gathered on the beach!

The common area of Seashell 19 also contains a laundry room that will become your best friend for keeping beach towels and swimsuits clean and dry. A half-bath is conveniently located here too, so during the morning rush, when everyone is trying to get ready at the same time, someone can retreat to this room for a little privacy. The bedrooms are as roomy and pleasant as the common areas at this condo. The primary suite offers a king-sized 4-poster bed, along with a horizontal bank of windows, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bath with a separate powder area and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also a suite, with a bathroom containing both a shower and tub option. This room contains two twin beds beneath a silently spinning palm-frond ceiling fan.
