Welcome to Creciente #601, your impressive address in paradise. This is a two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo. The amenities of a luxury mid-rise condo greet you upon arrival, including luggage carts and bellman trolleys available at ground level to make your arrival and settling in a breeze. This resort consists of three mid-rise nine-story condos with lush tropical vegetation and well-manicured landscaping. Please note there is a one month minimum stay. Amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and library. At the end of the driveway is the Trolley stop where you can climb aboard and go either up or down the entire island. Santini Marina Plaza is directly across the boulevard touting numerous restaurants and shops, and behind that on the bay is Fishtail Marina with its own restaurant, boat charters, rentals and docks. Taking the Trolley north takes you to the bustling Times Square area with its myriad of shops, restaurants, and night life. To the south one can visit Lover's Key State Park, a natural Florida environment with natural beaches and tropical foliage. Bird lovers will enjoy the wide variety of colorful birds. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WiFi and cable TV, private laundry and all linens and towels are provided. Enter the building into a furnished and air conditioned lobby, and then through a secure door to the elevator area. On arrival at the sixth floor entry is into a furnished foyer. There is tile flooring throughout with the exception of carpeting in the bedrooms. The kitchen, living and dining areas are open concept with expansive sliding glass doors from the living and dining areas out onto the furnished screen and glass door-enclosed wraparound balcony with its views of the Gulf of Mexico and the lush tropical grounds of the resort. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of counter space, cabinets and a stainless steel kitchen sink with disposal. Appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, glasstop range with self-cleaning oven and built-in above-range microwave oven. Adjacent to the kitchen the dining area has table seating four. This flows into the living area, nicely furnished with matching leather sofas and coffee table on an area rug and a large flat screen TV. Adjacent to the entry foyer is the laundry room with washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with night stands and lamps, two corner chairs and a double dresser with mirror and flat screen TV. There is also sliding glass door access to a private balcony. The en suite bath has a large vanity with dual lavatories and plenty of storage space beneath with separate shower and commode area. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand with lamp and double dresser with mirror and flat screen TV. This bedroom also has sliding glass door access to a private balcony.
