Welcome to Seaside 303, a Gulf-front two-bedroom, two-bath tropical vacation destination in paradise located mid-island directly across the street from Publix supermarket, Snook Bight Marina and the award-winning Bayfront Bistro.

There is a trolley stop across from the building to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too many clubs, restaurants, and boutiques to count. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lovers Key Park. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of beach.

Resort amenities include a gulf-side heated pool and a BBQ area. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, and linens and towels provided.

Entry is via elevator to the third floor above ground level and into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is complete with plenty of hard surface counter space and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals, should that be on your list. Just bring the food! All appliances are stainless steel and include a refrigerator with freezer drawer, glass-top range with oven, dishwasher, and built-in above-range microwave oven. There is a pass-through bar into the dining area. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four.

This flows into the living area, which is nicely furnished with a sleeper sofa with end tables, lamps, a coffee table, a recliner, and a matching overstuffed chair. There is a corner credenza with a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the screened in balcony with a fantastic view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Balcony furniture includes a round glass-top table and four chairs.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a dresser, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to the balcony. The window in this bedroom overlooks the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two single beds, a nightstand and lamp, a double dresser with wall mirror, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The adjacent guest bathroom has a single-piece vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower.
