Welcome to Villa Del Mar 303, a two bedroom, one and a-half bath Gulf-front condo. Location, views and the advantages of a smaller resort await. The property is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico and close to Newton Park. The resort is located mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway, is a seven mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach. One of the island's largest supermarkets, the Snook Bight Marina and an upscale bistro on the bay are just across the boulevard! Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs and night life. Resort amenities include ample parking, a heated swimming pool, community laundry and gas grills. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided and complimentary WiFi and cable TV. Entry is via elevator from ground level to the third floor then into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring everywhere except for carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen has plenty of granite counterspace and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is a pass-through bar with two barstools on the dining side, which also has a table seating four. This flows into the living area which has a sleeper-sofa, end tables and lamps, matching loveseat and coffee table, two side chairs and a large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the screened-in and furnished balcony overlooking the resort pool, beach and Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed and chest of drawers with flat screen TV. There are sliding glass doors out to the furnished balcony. The bathroom has a granite-top vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, commode and a combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, chair and chest of drawers with flat screen TV. The guest half-bath has a granite vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, and a door into the primary bath to access the combination tub/shower.
