Welcome to Bay Village 127, a two-bedroom, two-bath water-front condo situated closer to the southern end of Estero Island. Bay Village Club overlooks the water toward Estero Bay and is a very short walk to the seven miles of sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. A public marina, dinner movie theatre, and a diverse selection of restaurants and shops are nearby. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a short drive away. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. Trolley service is available to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. Resort amenities include a large heated pool and cabana, sauna, outdoor shower, shuffleboard courts, gas grills, fishing docks, a tennis/pickleball court and a small library. Condo amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all towels and linens, private laundry area, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Upon arrival there is ample parking. Entry is via stairs or elevator to the second level then into the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring in the main living areas and carpeting in the bedrooms. The kitchen has all the items necessary to prepare full course meals if so desired. There is plenty of cabinet space and hard surface countertops. Appliances include a glass-top range and oven, counter-top microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. There is a pass-through from the kitchen into the dining area. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four. This flows into the living area, nicely furnished with a sofa, end tables and lamps, two matching side chairs and coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished and screened in lanai overlooking the water. The lanai also has glass sliders to the outside. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, night stand and lamp, triple dresser with mirror and lamp, corner chair, in-room flat screen TV, and full en suite bathroom with single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors open to the lanai and offers water views. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamps, chest of drawers and plenty of closet space. A full bathroom in the adjoining hallway accommodates everyone with a combination tub/shower, commode and single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath.
