Bonita Beach & Tennis 2706
Where you'll be
Because the unit is on the 7th floor, the view from the covered balcony is panoramic. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, so you can linger over dinner and drinks as you watch pelicans, gulls, and even eagles soar over the sparkling waters. The fiery sunsets reflected in the gulf are especially stunning!
The balcony opens onto the living room, which is decorated in perfect Florida-getaway fashion. From the tiled floor (so deliciously cool underfoot when you return from beachcombing or biking) to the amply cushioned seating, the living room invites you to kick back and relax. Watch a favorite movie on the flat-screen TV with Blu-ray DVD player and free Netflix, or use the free wifi to surf the web. You can even take advantage of the unlimited long-distance calling in the U.S. to chat with friends back home. The roomy sofa opens into a bed for 2, so that the unit can sleep up to 4 people in all.
Adjacent to the living room is the upgraded kitchen area, complete with an island and barstools, should you want to eat indoors instead of on the balcony. With appliances ranging from full-size refrigerator/freezer and oven/stove to coffee maker and toaster--not to mention cookware, utensils, and tableware--the kitchen has everything you need.
The expansive entertainment center separates the living room from the bedroom area of the studio. The lofty king-size bed all but guarantees a good night’s sleep. Fresh bedding will be waiting for you, as well as plenty of towels in the bathroom. As soon as you arrive you can freshen up before heading back out to explore the property--or you can fall onto the bed for a well-deserved nap. Go ahead, you’re on vacation!
We’re pretty sure you won’t want to spend too much time napping, though, given how much else there is to do. Large decks with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella-covered tables surround the pools, so you can cool off with a swim and then warm up in the sun afterward. If you’re vacationing with kids, you’ll be happy to know there’s a kiddie pool as well.
Don’t forget your tennis racquet: As its name suggests, Bonita Beach & Tennis has its own tennis courts (court fees apply). If table tennis is more your speed, there are ping-pong tables too, as well as shuffleboard and bocce courts, and even a horseshoe pit.
And all that’s within the complex grounds. Right across the street are beautiful Bonita Beach Park and Barefoot Beach (the two beaches are next to each other, but technically in different counties, which explains the different names). A stroll across the sugary sand will provide you with a wealth of seashells to bring home as souvenirs. You’re also likely to see dolphins and even manatees frolicking in the gulf waters. If you play beach volleyball, you’re sure to find a pickup game; if you want to head into the water, there are jet-ski, kayak, and sailboat rentals, and you can book a parasailing experience too. Simply want to relax while sipping a beer? Stop in at Doc’s Beach House, a restaurant/bar right on the beach that’s a favorite with locals and visitors alike.
However you want to spend your Florida vacation, Bonita Beach & Tennis 2706 is the perfect home base. So go ahead: Reserve your stay today!

For the most part it was in good shape. The water heater was turned off and the dish washer didn\'t work. We were told to drive to the VRP office for the key. However the key was not there. No one told us in advance that the key was in the lockbox on the door of the unit. If we had gotten to our unit 15 minutes later we would have had to find a hotel room else where for the night. The management company on site told me to contact the owner about the dishwasher and disposal, but would not tell me how to contact them. They just blew me off.
I'm so sorry you had this type of experience, and I've since switched management companies to VTrips. We're looking forward to seeing you again so we can show you how much we've changed.
