Welcome to Terra Mar 806, a two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front resort-style condo here in paradise. Please note there is a two-week minimum stay. Terra Mar is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a public marina and movie theatre. The resort has a unique beach/lagoon setting on the gulf side. The Wyndam resort is nearby where there is a Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant. Directly across the boulevard is a CVS pharmacy and Santini Marina Plaza with its many shops and restaurants. Quick exit from the island is available via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from directly in front of Santini Plaza to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Resort amenities include a heated swimming pool, sauna and outdoor shower, shuffleboard court, tennis courts, easy beach access, ample parking and rec room and picnic area with gas grills. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, private laundry and complimentary WiFi and cable TV. Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby where an elevator whisks you to #806. Bellman trolleys and luggage carts are available to make your arrival a breeze. Enter into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring in the entry hall, kitchen and bathrooms, with carpeting in the dining, living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen has plenty of granite counterspace and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, glass-top range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is a pass-through bar with two barstools on the dining side, which also has a table seating four. This flows into the living area which has a leather recliner and queen-size sleeper sofa and coffee table. There is an end table and lamp, as well as side chair and floor lamp. There is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. Through sliding glass doors the large balcony has indoor/outdoor carpeting and is furnished outside the living area with a round glass-top table and two cushioned chairs. The view is 180 degrees, with Sanibel Island to the right, and the open Gulf of Mexico straight out. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stand and lamp, and triple dresser with large flat screen TV. There are sliding glass doors out to the balcony with the same view as the living room, and also outside the bedroom on the balcony is a round glass-top table and two chairs. There is a mirrored wall with walk-in closet, and the bathroom has a beautiful granite-top vanity with lavatory, plenty of drawer and cabinet space below, commode and combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stand and 5-drawer chest of drawers. There is ample closet space with mirrored doors. The adjacent guest bathroom has a granite-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and walk-in shower with glass door.
