Welcome to 21668 Indian Bayou a two-bedroom two-bath vacation destination that also has a den with sleeper sofa. This property is the right side of a duplex that has a shared heated swimming pool under a large screen enclosure. Its location is a little south of mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm and away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square thus affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway. Follow the winding streets from this venue to Estero Boulevard for beach access where this portion of the beach offers a 7-mile stretch of white sugary sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. In addition one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay is just a short car ride away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square with all of its restaurants clubs and night life. There is complimentary WiFi private washer and dryer and the home has ceiling fans throughout. --------On arrival there is a double garage as well as ample off street parking. The large garage has access out to the pool deck and there is a gas BBQ grill available for the barbecue enthusiast. Entry to your accommodations is up a central staircase and to the right and into a foyer. There is carpet throughout with the exception of tile flooring in the bathrooms dining area and kitchen. A hallway to the left takes you to the open plan kitchen dining and living areas that have vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed to prepare full course meals if so desired. There is plenty of solid surface counter space and there is a peninsular bar with five barstools on the living room side. There is also a pass-through from the kitchen out to the deck area above the furnished pool and deck area. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer range with oven built-in above-range microwave and a dishwasher. The adjacent dining area has a rectangular table seating six and just off the dining area is the stacked washer and dryer set. The adjacent living area is furnished with a sofa and matching loveseat overstuffed chair with end table and lamp coffee table and a corner credenza with large flat screen TV. Right off the living area through French doors is the den that has a queen-size sleeper sofa with end tables and lamps a coffee table as well as a side chair. Off the living area are expansive sliding glass doors providing access to the upper deck over-looking the screened in and shared heated pool. Access to the pool is down a set of stairs at the end of the deck to the lower pool deck that is furnished with lounge chairs and an umbrella table and chairs. --------The primary bedroom has a king-size bed night stands and lamps double dresser with wall mirror and two extra chairs. Through a pocket sliding door is the en suite bath with walk-in shower with glass door as well as a combination tub/shower. There is a vanity with dual lavatories and plenty of storage space beneath. This bathroom also opens into the entry foyer. The guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds night stand and lamp two extra chairs and a double dresser with wall mirror.
