Island Beach Club 304 is right across the road from Lovers Key State Park. You can head across the street and take your morning walk along the unspoiled beaches of the park watching dolphins play in the waves.

Beyond your main living room is your dining area, with a table for four. On many evenings, you’ll probably want to dine out in the excellent restaurants of Fort Myers Beach, but when you do eat in, this table provides and elegant setting with a great view of the bay. Your primary en suite is just as luxurious as everything else within Island Beach Club 304. A soaking tub, walk-in shower, and huge vanity make getting ready for your day a true pleasure each morning.
The second bedroom within Island Beach Club 304 is equally attractive with its many windows on the water, sliding glass doors leading to the lanai, and comfortable queen-sized bed. Guests have two nightstands with reading lamps and a flat-screen TV for late night viewing. Another feature guests appreciate is a private bathroom. A second bathroom takes all the hassle out of getting everyone up and ready for the new day.
There’s also a full laundry room within Island Beach Club 304 with washer, dryer, and soaking sink.

Place was clean with great views. Had a maintenance problem which was fixed within 2 hrs. People were friendly with many activities within the condo complex. Pool area had great views and a couple of small beaches. Main beach area was across the street. Highly recommend

This condo is located in what has to be one of the most beautiful spots in Bonita Springs/Lovers Key area. Condo has great views of the gulf. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play daily without having to leave the grounds. We also enjoyed walking across the street to Lovers Key State Park for our daily beach walks. It is a great location away from the crowds and spring breakers. Very peaceful if that is what you are looking for this is the perfect spot. Convenient to shopping and great restaurants. Walking distance to the trolley if you want to go to Fort Myers Beach and avoid paying for parking if there is a spot to be found. We are booked to go back in 2018. On the down side we didn\'t pack Beach towels and none were provided. So be sure to pack your own. Another thing is there were no beach chairs or umbrellas provided. Every other condo we rented provided them. No big deal if you are driving and can bring your own. However if you are flying you willl not be provided them. Other than that you can\'t go wrong in this condo.
