Carlos Pointe 113 is a luxurious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with ceiling fans in every room and fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk in and your eyes are immediately drawn to the sliding glass doors and the beach beyond. The open-concept living area is decorated in soothing ocean blues, with comfortable couches and chairs that face the flat-screen TV. With a queen sofa sleeper you can invite friends over to stay for a night. Step beyond the living room onto the screened-in lanai, which overlooks the beach offering an ocean view perfect for watching the Florida sunset. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the appliances, cookware and utensils you need to prepare savory cuisine for your family. Gather around the dining room table or sit outside and dine alfresco!
The primary bedroom with a king-sized bed overlooks the beach through sliding glass doors to the lanai. Step out of your private door to see the Gulf and watch the nighttime sky. There’s also a wall-mounted flat-screen TV perfect for late-night viewing. The accompanying primary bathroom includes a step-in shower. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a large dresser with ample storage space for all the clothes you care to bring on your vacation. Its accompanying bathroom has a step-in shower and a large vanity for all your toiletries. No need to bring towels or linens; these are already there awaiting your arrival. There’s also a washer and dryer within the condo for your added convenience.
The Carlos Pointe complex welcomes your use of its beautiful heated pool and the barbecue grills on the property. But the thing you’ll love most of all about Carlos Pointe 113 is its proximity to the Gulf and the white sand beaches of Fort Myers Beach’s South Island. You’ll also be within quick walking distance of Lovers Key State Park with its miles of open beaches, perfect for beach combing. The place was very nice for us! The weather was cool but that is relative when you are from Missouri where the winter has been really cold. The screened deck is the perfect place to have morning coffee or an early evening glass of wine. Nearby restaurants are very convenient and the variety of a wonderful breakfast (Truly Scrumptious) or a couple of nice bar and grills for lunch or dinner made meal times very convenient. We had a wonderful break from the winter.

We came down to Carlos Pointe not knowing what to expect. We have never stayed there before. I can truly say we were really surprised. The condo was very clean and the view was great. I really liked the fact that the pool was clean and after a certain time in the evening the pool area was really quite. Will really consider coming back to Carlos Point again. The staff that checked us in and out were very helpful and nice.

This unit is on the south end of the property which made it quiet and with not a lot of traffic. We used the grills nearly every night to cook on, great amenity to offer guests. Our condo was roomy and clean. I always love having a washer and dryer in the unit so I don\'t have to take dirty laundry home. It was a short walk to the beach. My husband and I went fishing almost everyday and we caught lots of saltwater catfish and some silver fish (we disagree on what we think they were. the pool was clean and a good size.
