Welcome to Smugglers Cove 1B6, your luxurious yet practical gulf-front destination in paradise. This completely upgraded two-bedroom, two-bath resort-style condo provides a magnificent 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico from its second-floor vantage point. The minimum stay is one week.

Literally a stone's throw from this property lies a seven-mile stretch of white sugar sand beach. Amazing sunsets will be a daily item on your agenda. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, this mid-island location provides quiet relaxation for that much-needed getaway, but it also has its benefits. Publix, the islands' largest grocery store, is just three blocks away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square with all of its restaurants, clubs, and nightlife, or south to Lovers Key State Park for some wildlife viewing and private beaches. Resort amenities include a very large laundry room with multiple washers and dryers for your laundry needs. Grab a book, relax beachfront on a lounger and wait for your laundry, take a swim in the large heated pool, or simply take an afternoon siesta poolside on one of the many loungers. There is a mini putting green, shuffleboard court, gas BBQ grills, and tiki huts. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, and all linens and towels provided.

Entry is via elevator from the ground floor. Ample parking is available. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to make for a smooth arrival. Enter the hallway/foyer and the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight, with plenty of quartz countertops, with tile backsplash, and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with an ice and water dispenser in the freezer door, a 5-burner glasstop range and self-cleaning oven, a built-in above-range microwave oven and dishwasher. There is a peninsular bar separating the kitchen from the dining area, with three cushioned barstools on the dining area side. The adjacent dining area has a round glass-top table seating four. This flows into the living area that has an L-shaped sofa, end table, lamp, coffee table, and matching recliner on an area rug. Opposite the sofa is a credenza, above which is a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Large sliding glass doors then lead to a screened-in balcony with a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico, the lush tropical landscaping with strategically placed tables with tiki covers, and a larger beachfront tiki hut with a BBQ area. This area is furnished with a round glass-top patio table and four chairs.

The primary bedroom with an en suite bath has a king-size bed with a nightstand and lamp, a double dresser, a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV and a large walk-in closet. This bedroom also has a window providing a view straight out to the Gulf. The en suite bathroom has a very nicely tiled walk-in shower with cannister lighting, sliding glass doors, a commode, and a quartz vanity with a lavatory and a full wall mirror with storage space beneath. The guest bedroom has two single beds, a nightstand with a lamp, a double dresser, ample closet space, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The adjacent guest bathroom has a very nicely tiled tub/shower combination with glass doors, a commode, and a quartz vanity with a lavatory and large mirror.
