Welcome to Captain's Bay #303, a two-bedroom, two-bath vacation destination in this tropical paradise. This third floor corner condo has generous square footage and has a 2-week minimum stay. The resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a myriad of amenities that include a public marina and movie theatre. In addition to its convenient location, there is also the feel of privacy as you gaze out across the natural mangroves. The beach is accessed by a 5-minute walk to the Wyndham Resort just across Estero Boulevard where there is a Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant. A CVS pharmacy and Santini Marina Plaza are a short walk away via Estero Boulevard, with many shops and restaurants. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from directly in front of Santini Plaza to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Amenities at Captain's Bay include two heated pools and cabana with restrooms. There is one covered parking space beneath the building, with additional outdoor guest parking. There are also tennis courts, shuffleboard, a fishing pier, and BBQ area. The condo has complimentary WiFi, cable TV, ceiling fans throughout and a private laundry room. Entry is via secure lobby and elevator to the third floor, then through a foyer into the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas. The kitchen has plenty of hard surface countertops and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals should that be on your list. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, glasstop range and self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door. There is also a peninsular bar with a double stainless-steel sink with two bar stools on the dining area side. The kitchen also has a table seating two. The adjacent dining room has bay windows and a dining table. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a sleeper-sofa and coffee table on an area rug with two side chairs. Opposite the seating area is a large flat screen TV. There are expansive sliding glass doors out to the screened in and furnished balcony. The primary bedroom has sliding glass doors out to the screened-in balcony. Furnishings include a king-size bed, night stands with lamps and a chest of drawers with large flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a vanity with two lavatories, a large walk-in closet, and through a pocket sliding door is the walk-in tiled shower with glass door, commode and a linen closet. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps and ample closet space. The en suite bath is accessed through a pocket door and has a combination tub/shower, commode, and vanity with lavatory. Another door leads back into the entry foyer so the bathroom is accessible from the kitchen and dining areas.
