Welcome to 21169 Noddy Tern Drive, one side of a duplex property with three bedrooms and two baths. This pet-friendly vacation destination is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island. Beach access is a short walk away across Estero Boulevard. A public marina, dinner movie theatre, and a myriad of restaurants and shops are nearby. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a short drive away. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. Trolley service is available to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. This property has its own laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as complimentary WiFi and ceiling fans throughout. On arrival there is plenty of off-street parking. Entry is up the front steps and into a furnished foyer. The kitchen, dining and living areas are open plan. There is tile flooring throughout except for wood flooring in the bedrooms. The open kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of solid surface countertops with a peninsular bar with two barstools on the dining area side. Everything necessary to whip up full course meals is available if so desired. Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door, glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and dishwasher. The adjacent dining area has a glass-top table seating four. The living area has matching loveseats with end tables and lamps, an overstuffed lounge and a coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a buffet with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access from here to the screened in and furnished balcony, where you will also find your own private washer and dryer behind louvered doors, and a nice view of the tropically landscaped back yard. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, a corner chair, double dresser and wall-mounted flat screen TV. The adjoining bathroom has a nicely tiled walk-in shower and a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a double dresser with lamp and mirror, above which is a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a day/trundle that can be used as two twin beds or one king, a three-drawer chest with mirror and wall-mounted flat screen TV.
